Connect the phase (live) and neutral wires from the utility supply to the main breaker input. The output of the main breaker is connected to the input of the RCCB if used. This ensures all branch circuits are protected.

Step 4: Connect Branch Circuit BreakersFor single-pole MCBs, connect the phase wire from the RCCB output to the breaker input. Connect the neutral wire to the neutral bus bar. For double-pole MCBs, connect both phase and neutral wires from the RCCB output to the breaker input.

Connect the load's phase and neutral to the breaker output. Connect the earth wire from each load to the earth bus bar. Step 5: Verify Load Distribution and Breaker SizeDetermine the total electrical load for each circuit to select the correct breaker rating.

Use load studies and diversity factors to prevent overloads. Ensure the main breaker can handle the sum of all branch loads. Leave space for future expansion or additional breakers.

Step 6: Final ChecksEnsure all connections are tight and secure. Verify that the phase, neutral, and earth wires are correctly connected. Turn on the main breaker and test each branch circuit individually to confirm proper operation.
