Price and value of fireproof cable trays in Hungary

Fire-resistant cable trays in Hungary typically range from €20 to €150 per meter, depending on material, design, and load capacity.

Price Overview

The cost of a fireproof cable tray in Hungary varies widely based on several factors: Material: Galvanized steel: €20–€50 per meter, commonly used for standard industrial and commercial installations. Aluminum: €30–€70 per meter, lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Stainless steel: €60–€120 per meter, highly durable and suitable for harsh environments.

Copper: €100–€150 per meter, premium option with excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Tray Type: Ladder trays: Provide strong horizontal support and ventilation; mid-range cost. Perforated trays: Offer airflow and reduced weight; slightly higher than basic ladder trays.

Wire mesh trays: Flexible and lightweight; cost varies with thickness and load capacity. RSJ/solid trays: Heavy-duty, high-load applications; higher cost due to material and strength requirements. Fire Rating: Trays certified for fire resistance (e.g., FRP or coated steel) may add 10–30% to the base price.

Additional Considerations

Length and customization: Longer runs or custom dimensions increase cost. Accessories: Bends, junctions, supports, and covers are sold separately and can add 20–40% to the total system cost. Supplier and brand: Local distributors like Emtron KFT and Cable House in Hungary offer competitive pricing, but exact quotes require contacting them directly.

Recommendation

For an accurate price, it is best to request a quote from Hungarian suppliers such as Emtron KFT or Cable House, specifying the material, tray type, fire rating, and total length required. This ensures the cost reflects current market conditions and any local taxes or shipping fees. By considering these factors, you can budget effectively for a fireproof cable tray system in Hungary while ensuring compliance with safety and fire-resistance standards.
