Price of Rainproof Stainless Steel Cable Trays

Rainproof stainless steel cable trays typically range from $50 to $300 per meter, depending on material grade, size, and customization options.

Price Factors

Material Grade304 Stainless Steel: Commonly used for moderate outdoor or industrial environments; offers good corrosion resistance and durability. Prices are generally lower than 316-grade trays. 316 Stainless Steel: Enhanced corrosion resistance, ideal for marine, coastal, or chemical environments.

Costs are higher due to superior material properties and longer expected lifespan.

Tray Type and Design

Wire Mesh (Cable Basket): Lightweight, flexible, and allows excellent ventilation. Prices vary with wire diameter, mesh size, and tray dimensions. Custom sizes increase cost.

Ladder or Solid Bottom Trays: Provide stronger support and full cable protection. Solid-bottom trays are more expensive due to additional material and fabrication.

Dimensions

Widths typically range from 50mm to 900mm, and heights from 50mm to 200mm. Larger trays or heavy-duty designs increase material costs. Standard lengths are usually 1–3 meters; custom lengths may incur additional charges.

Customization and Accessories

Optional covers, bends, tees, and risers for complex installations add to the overall cost. Factory customization services are available for specific project requirements.

Environmental Considerations

Trays designed for harsh environments (salt spray, chemical exposure, or high humidity) require 316-grade stainless steel and may include protective coatings, increasing the price.
